1. How far in advance should I make my reservation for Services? Always the sooner the better to guarantee your date. Services can book anywhere between 4-12 weeks in advance. Some clients like to book there party  as much as 12 months in advance for the busy months, such as summer.  The best advice we can offer is to call and reserve early.

2. Can I book my party last minute?
Yes, but there are no guarantees we can do your party.  We will do our best to accommodate you in this situation.

3. How much is the deposit? The deposit or “booking fee” is 50% of the total payable by Visa, Mastercard, personal check or money order.

4.What forms of final payment do you accept? Balances are collected on the day of the event by certifiable funds: Cash, money orders, or bank certified checks.  We do not accept personal checks or credit cards on the day of the event except in the case of our corporate clients.  If you would like to pay your final balance by Visa or Mastercard, you must do so at least two (2) full business days prior to your event date.

5. What is included with the clown show? The professional clown show consists of children’s magic (age 2-7) or face painting (up to 15-20 kids), balloons and musical games.  The games consist of chicken dance, hockey pokey, limbo and ect..

6. What’s included with the bounce? The bounce includes delivery, set-up, supervision for two hours and break down.  The dimensions are 16(L)’ x 14’ (W) x 8’ (H).

7. What’s included with the slide?The slide is for two hour minimum and comes with two attendants to set-up, supervisor and break down.

8. What’s included with the children’s magic show?
The magic show consists audience particpation, where your child will be the star of the show along with there friends.  Then the professional magician will make balloon animals for all the children at the party and play musical games.  If you like to add a live dove or rabbit to your show please request it when booking your party. Good for children 3-7 and up to 20-25 kids

9. Can I book a combo show? Example: ½ hr. clown & ½ character
Yes, you can book a half an hour of a clown and character.  The clown will do children magic and balloon animals.  Then the character will play musical games (chicken dance, hockey pokey & limbo) and then each child will take a picture with there favorite character.  We include the camera and frames to take the pictures; customer supplies the camera.  Good for 20-25 children.  If you are expecting more kids please call us so we can customize your show.

10. Is your company insured? Yes, we are fully insured for your safely. Certificate is available upon request.

11.    What’s included the spin art?
Spin art comes with an attendant and unlimited cards and frames for the hour.  Each child will make there very own design with there favorite paint colors.  We will make as many as possible within the hour, which is about 30-40 frames.

12.   What’s included with sand art? Sand Art comes with supplies good for 25 -30 kids and an attendant.  If more bottles are needed just let us know and will be happy to bring more.

13.   What’s included with the bounce/slide combo?The combo includes a bounce, slide, and 2 basketball hoops and obstacles poles.  It includes set-up, supervision for two hours and break down.  Good for kid’s 3-teenagers

14.   Do you rent out generators? Yes, for an additional fee you could rent as many generators as you need upon availability.

15. What if it rains the day of my party?If it rains the day of your party and you would like to reschude, you would have to tell us your rain date when you book your party. And if you don’t have a rain date you would have to give us 24-48 hour notice to cancel to get your deposit back.
